The alloy layer determines the service life of the bearing bush.

       In order to integrate the bearing alloy and the spherical tile body well, the dovetail groove should be processed on the body of the spherical tile, and the swallow tail groove should be crisscrossed, and the angle between it should not be less than 90 degrees. The distance between the swallowtail slots is about 100 to 150mm. So it can be used as a grinding equipment. In the addition, the pre cast  the surface of the spherical tile body should be machined into a rough surface, and some holes of 8 to lOmm and 10 to 15mm deep in the gully of the swallowtail trough or on the platform.
